Booked my bike in with Mitch to get the gears and derailleur set as the gears were all over the place. Ended up booking a service which would cover this also. Mitch appears a busy man, but only because he seems very committed in doing a good job, and comes across as very hard working. I got my bike serviced same day and also had the spokes repaired on another bike wheel...
