Only met Grandad but a couple of times, but in his sad passing, he's left the shop in good hands. Mitch obviously loves what he does and went the distance and more in helping me get not only what I wanted, but also tweaking my old bike in ways I hadn't known I needed. Booked my bike in with Mitch to get the gears and derailleur set as the gears were all over the place. Ended up booking a service which would cover this also. Mitch appears a busy man, but only because he seems very committed in doing a good job, and comes across as very hard working.
